My career path went from network analyst to full-time mom to photographer.  What started out as a hobby I love has become the profession I believe I was meant to have.  

I am a self-taught photographer for the most part so that means I don't follow the rules.  My sessions are a combination of semi-posed and candid shots with only one rule  - no stress allowed.  They aren't your typical shoot.  

I am a natural light photographer for the most part meaning that most of my sessions take place outdoors.  So you might find yourself in the middle of a wheat field, in front of an old barn or even in the middle of the street.  My goal is for each every session to be fun and unique. That is what makes your photos the best they can be, and as one of a kind as you.  For me a good photo is one that captures true emotion. That is what I strive to capture for my clients.

I am based in southern middle Tennessee and provide coverage to both southern Tennessee and northern Alabama. Travel is always an option!
